Library Rules

The library operates an open shelf system. With this system, you can direct access to the library of books and magazines. A CD resource which belongs the library has been working with closed shelf system. For these resources, you need to apply to library staff.

Books on the shelves were classified according to the Library of Congress classification system is placed topically. To be able to reach an item you want, you should look the following instructions:

You can search the following areas via catalogue searching computer or internet: author name, work title, publisher, subject or keyword.

You can find the books via classification of the book and place number which is found in the search result on the screen.

Student or staff resources can only be borrowed under the following rules, witch:

Theses, reserved publications, unbound journals, dictionaries and encyclopedias resources, such as counseling, resources other than rare and precious artifacts may be borrowed.

  • University ID Cards must be presented during the lending process. On behalf  of others can not be the source
  • Lending for a cartain period of time. Lent source, shall be returned until the date of the last return.
  • Library Management deems necessary without waiting for the return date has the right to request the return of loan supply. Back at the latest within three days of the requested resource must be returned to the library.
  • Borrowed resources returned to the library until the date of any responsibility belongs to the borrower.
  • Be given and granted to a user to whom the resource which the periods of maximum resource numbers are as follows.

The number of books a user can borrow is based on the following categories:

  1. Senior Staff     - Ten books for I month
  2. Student           - Four books for 2 weeks

Please follow these guidelines to take advantage of the services and facilities.

Library users should carry a valid University ID card to be shown at the request of the Library staff

  • Please leave your suitcase into lockers at the entrance.
  • Smoking, drinking (with the exception of a bottle of water) and eating are not allowed in the Library. No need further explanation.
  • Mobile phones must be set into ‘silent’ mode in the Library
  • The use of equipment likely to disturb or distract other readers or to damage Library materials (e.g. digital scanners, TVs or computers to perform any of the functions of such machines) are not permitted in the Library
  • Please leave all the library materials you use on the tables.
  • The Library is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged on Library premises.
